WWI Draft Registration Card – Elmer H. Nelson
Description
This 1918 draft registration card for World War I belongs to Elmer Nelson, who was 40 years old at the time of filling out this document. The information disclosed includes his address, age, race, citizenship, occupation, and relatives. On the back of the card, Elmer indicated that he was of “medium” height and “stout” build with blue eyes and brown hair. It appears that, although Elmer filled out this card, he was not drafted and did not serve in World War I.
