This World War I draft registration card belongs to Ernest Nelson, age 25. The card specifies Ernest’s home address, date of birth, race, citizenship, occupation (butter-maker), and family members. On the backside of the card, Ernest describes himself as having medium height and build, with dark blue eyes and brown hair. It appears that, although he filled out this form, Ernest did not serve in the first World War.
